BACKUP DBA SUPPORT
Provides backup on-call Oracle and SQL Server database support for normal operations when your DBA is on vacation.
Routine monitoring and emergency response on a temporary 24x7 basis or after hours only.
This service does not include performance tuning issues that were in place prior to contract start. It is designed to keep your production system up and running while your in house DBA is not available.

BACKUP & RECOVERY SOLUTIONS
Uses your existing backup and recovery architecture to assist in evaluating your current processes from a third party perspective and if needed recommend processes to improve your ability to recover your companies data. DR Database creation and testing is part of this service. Experienced in RMAN, Standby Database and user managed backup and recovery processes.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Designed for long term routine maintenance of the your Database. Service includes monitoring configuration and notification to consultant and company representative. Routine space management. Performance Statistic collections. Patch application if necessary, including CPU patches. Weekly health report provided.

Includes monitoring configuration and notification to company representative. Current monitoring configuration evaluated for effectiveness.

PERFORMANCE TUNING & EVALUATION
An overlooked aspect of the Oracle system in small to medium size companies with limited or no DBA resources. We provide the ability for your company to benefit from our experience with tuning multiple versions of Oracle and SQL Server.
This process can be time consuming and involves evaluating the schema, Oracle initialization parameters, SQL Server Configuration, running queries and attempting to target the process during execution to see exactly what the system is waiting on. It also requires the involvement of development personnel in the event that code needs to be modified to facilitate improvement.
